About Us

Enchanted Endeavors is the lovechild of Erin Needham and Gail Marlene Schwartz, who met at Goddard’s MFA in Interdisciplinary Arts program in 2000. They are the proud stewards of a crooked farmhouse in Montgomery, Vermont, where they are improvising in business, parenting, woodworking, music, visual art, community, activism, and recovery.

ERIN

“I love my life! I wake up excited for the day. I am exactly who I want to be, doing exactly what I want to do.”

My goal is for all of my clients to be able to speak that sentence and mean it.

My area of specialization is personal transformation rooted in authenticity. I help people fully embrace who they are, honor their authentic selves by aligning their life and behaviors to their identity, and feel anchored and courageous in the face of doubt and criticism.

To achieve this, I facilitate my clients’ connection to their authentic selves, awakening to their own desires, taking action towards aligning their lives with their authentic selves, and engaging in improvisation as a model for opening to the Universe, being inspired, and staying resilient.

I am a CLCI Certified Master Life Coach. In addition to being a Life Coach, I have 17 years of experience as a public school teacher and decades of experience in addiction, compulsive food behavior, and codependence recovery. I am on my own path of manifesting my gifts, of honoring my aptitudes and training as an artist. Virtually every day I make music and art while being the caretaker of a homestead in Montgomery, Vermont, all in collaboration with my partner, Gail.

GAIL

Cheerleader. Mirror. Friend.

My coaching blends exploration, goal-setting, and action steps, with the ultimate goal of helping clients design and inhabit fulfilling, challenging, and connected lives. I help motivated women develop an inner strength that allows them to know themselves fully and become more and more flexible and response-able. We always set session goals and we always have action steps between sessions. I draw heavily on creative improvisation as a way of accessing flow, inner wisdom, and learning to use life’s given circumstances to make something magical, often something that turns out better than what we had originally planned.

I draw on my years of experience parenting, teaching, writing, performing, and working as a college advisor in service of helping my clients realize their goals. I use humor, metaphor, emotion coaching, values exercises, and mostly deep listening and questioning. I help hold clients accountable in firm but loving hands.

I trained at the Coactive Training Institute. I work with women and femme-identifying nonbinary folks interested in living with greater intention and designing delicious and fulfilling lives. I am also a published writer and editor and I received my MFA from Goddard College and BA from Tufts University. I am proud of my tiny nonconforming family where mistakes, repairs, and belly laughs are everyday occurrences.

Client Testimonials

Jada Berg (Gail)

I wanted to buy a house but the whole process was hanging over me and causing anxiety, and through coaching with Gail I made a lot of progress. The whole thing is now clear, concise, and attainable. I’ve learned to break things down into smaller steps and focus on those. I would recommend Gail as a coach. She’s very enthusiastic and supportive. It’s great to have someone as your personal cheerleader, someone who truly sees you as capable. It really makes a difference.

Alexandra Bottinelli (Erin)

Erin very naturally brought me a new awareness of the way I function. It felt like a genuine interaction. We went deeply into my personal relationship with my artwork, and his perceptions and take on things, especially regarding pricing, have a solid base. He challenged me in a way that wasn’t threatening, and I didn’t feel like he was using “techniques” or manipulating me. It felt like a supernatural interaction. Each session left me looking forward to the next.

Debe Edden (Gail)

Gail is a wonderful coach. I came to her to envision a creative project for myself. I succeeded at discovering a way to develop this original piece. I made a commitment and practiced action steps. I developed processes to generate material. I discovered ways to tap into my own inner wisdom, knowing, and creativity. Gail’s questions helped me go deeper, to think things through or think about them differently. I also liked that occasionally she offered concrete ideas. She was able to see when I needed to talk through things and make my own connections. I love that she gave me the word “generative.” She offered me tools in a really organic way, not like a Power Point. I felt an exchange, a flow, throughout the process. I always felt we were in this together. Our conversations were deep and thoughtful, insightful, revelatory.
